The Wooster Basketball Camp for Girls

The Wooster Basketball camp for girls is one of the oldest (now in our 30th year) and most respected girls basketball camp in the Midwest. The camp will provide the atmosphere where a young woman can receive excellent instruction, proper supervision, and enjoy the fellowship of other campers whPlaceholder Imageo want to learn more about basketball. Campers are grouped by grade level for teaching and competition. Making sure every young woman receives individual instruction is the main goal of our camp. With a ratio of one coach for every eight (8) campers, individual attention to the fundamentals is assured. The staff is composed of successful high school and college coaches who have proven their ability to teach. These people place great emphasis on the highest principles of athletics. Outstanding college players will serve as camp counselors. The camp offers twenty-four hour dormitory supervision. The Armington Physical Education Center, with four full size college courts, is the focal point for training. While meals and recreation revolve around Lowry Center, the entire 240-acre campus, including the pool in the Physical Education Center, is available to the campers.
